Your home is like any product being introduced on the market.  It needs to be presented at its maximum potential for the intended audience.  To this extent we offer a number of redesign options and services that will give your home the competitive edge on the market, as well as make your home a clearly superior product.

Each of our redesigns are custom tailored to fit the individual property.  During our initial consultation, we will walk-through your entire home, take photos and measurements, and begin to assess your home’s needs.  Following this walk-through we will provide you with a cost estimate for your home’s redesign based on the following options:   

Option 1: Consultation

An in-depth written consultation is created especially for your property.  Together with Three Kings, we will again walk through the entire property discussing the suggested changes.  From furniture arrangement to drapes and flooring, the written consultation will serve a thorough guide for transforming your home.

Option 2: Your Furnishings

This option is perfect for those with an already abundant selection of furniture and accessories that can be used to redesign the home.  Using only your existing furnishings, Three Kings will have your home market ready and picture perfect.  

Option 3: Your Furniture and Three Kings Accessories

With this option, we will use your existing furniture to create your home’s redesign, but also incorporate rental accessories from Three Kings.  This option is best for those that have appropriate furniture, but need modern, stylish accessories. 

Option 4: Three Kings Furniture and Accessories

This complete package is excellent for vacant homes and flats.  Rental furniture and accessories from Three Kings will literally transform the home into a stand-out in any market.
